Hi I’m Charlotte. I have been a part of the Client Care Team since 2020. I’m was based at the Sunbury branch until recently where I will mainly been at the Stanwell branch, but can be found at all branches from time to time. I have a passion from animals and people and love getting to meet the clients as well as the pets. I’m also a Mummy to my own fur Baby called Tiger (cat) who recently turned 7 this year. Along with my children, I like walking, reading and spending time with my family. Before joining Willett house I started my working career in Retail before leaving to have child.

By law, pets receiving prescription medication must be seen by a vet at least every six months for a check-up and review. Some pets with more serious conditions may benefit from reviews more frequently. If your pet has not had a review within this time, we may ask you and your pet to come in for an appointment before we can dispense further medication.

For prescription flea, tick & worm treatment, your pet only needs to be seen by a vet every twelve months. However, a recent change in the law means that this treatment must be specifically authorised by a vet on your pet's medical record at the time they see your pet. If you have not discussed flea, tick & worm treatment recently with a vet, your pet may need to come in for an additional check-up and review.
