I joined Willett House Vets in 2021 after a rewarding career in hospitality management. I’ve always loved working with people and creating great customer experiences, but I’ve also had a lifelong love for animals—so when I started looking for a new challenge, joining the veterinary world felt like the perfect fit.
As Client Care Manager, I’m passionate about making sure every client and patient feels welcome, reassured, and cared for from the moment they arrive. I also take great pride in developing our fantastic front-of-house team, supporting each team member to grow in knowledge and confidence, while continuing to provide the professional, caring service we’re known for.
Outside of work, I love nothing more than spending quality time with my friends and family, heading out on long dog walks, and soaking up live music and theatre whenever I can. And of course, with my background in hospitality, great food, a nice drink and good company will always have a special place in my heart.
My favourite perk of the job? Popping into the kennels to catch up with our inpatients and day cases—nothing beats sneaking in a few extra snuggles to brighten my day
