Tilly Thomas, BVSc MRCVS
VET
Hi! My name is Dr Matilda (Tilly!). I graduated from the University of Bristol in 2024, and after 5 years out West, I decided to move back closer to home. After debating an equine veterinary career, I ultimately decided to keep my love for horses as a hobby, and become a companion animal vet. You’ll find me between the Staines and Feltham branches at Willett House. I love my days consulting in Feltham, and thrive off the relationships I am able to build with our regular clients. I try to bring a compassionate, thorough approach to veterinary medicine and to have strong, trusting connections with our pet owners. I understand how worrying it can be when your beloved pet is unwell, and I try my utmost to provide a reassuring and pragmatic service. I also really enjoy a comprehensive medical workup, and being able to provide contextualised care wherever possible. I have a special interest in veterinary neurology, and hope to complete a post-graduate qualification in the coming years. When I’m not at work, you’ll most likely find me training for my next marathon or exploring new restaurants for my food blog. You may also see me walking the Thames path with my two Miniature Schnauzers, Frida and Heidi!
