Hello there! I’m Tracey, and I’m one of the lovely receptionists on the client care team. They say we shouldn’t work with children or animal’s, but guess what? I’ve done both! I joined Willett House after working with children for an incredible 25 years. Every day is a new adventure here, and keeps us all super busy! By law, pets receiving prescription medication must be seen by a vet at least every six months for a check-up and review. Some pets with more serious conditions may benefit from reviews more frequently. If your pet has not had a review within this time, we may ask you and your pet to come in for an appointment before we can dispense further medication.

For prescription flea, tick & worm treatment, your pet only needs to be seen by a vet every twelve months. However, a recent change in the law means that this treatment must be specifically authorised by a vet on your pet's medical record at the time they see your pet. If you have not discussed flea, tick & worm treatment recently with a vet, your pet may need to come in for an additional check-up and review.
