Our practice in Saffron Walden is open on Saturdays if you need a weekend appointment.
Out of Hours Care
When our practice is closed, we want to ensure your pet still receives the care they need. We work with our trusted partners to provide round-the-clock support in case of emergencies.

Swayne & Partners – Bury St Edmunds
Our sister practice, Swayne & Partners – Bury St Edmunds, is fully equipped and open 24 hours a day. As part of the Kin Vet Community, the team there has secure access to your pet’s medical history, ensuring continuity of care.
Emergency consultation fee: £220
Our Complete Peace of Mind Kin Care Club members receive all consultations as part of their plan.
Vets Now – Emergency Provider
Depending on your location, you may prefer to visit Vets Now, a dedicated out-of-hours emergency provider. They operate independently of the Kin Vet Community, so they won’t have direct access to your pet’s history.
Fees are set by Vets Now.
